Preparation Before Session

-Shower beforehand
-Hydrate yourself with plenty of water the day befor and the day of treatment for maximum efficacy
After Session Care
-Avoid strenuous activity on the day of treatment. Take plenty of rest to allow the body to heal and benefit from the powerful detoxification process
-Avoid showering for 24 hours after treatment
-Avoid junk and oily foods, fizzy drinks & red meat for the day. Have light soup or foods that are easily digested e.g chicken or fish
-Apply virgin olive oil or black seed oil regularly on the cupped area to facilitate healing
